Dash Lights like a Christmas Tree

2010 XLT, Super Cab, 4 Cyl, 4x2, 82,500 miles. Problem started after the Alternator was replaced. First the Traction Control light would come on and turn itself off, this was followed by all the Dash lights coming on and flashing with the Tach, Speedo, and Temp Gauge dropping to Zero. The speed of the truck was also dropping. I had the alternator and battery checked. Battery was bad and was replaced. The problem continues and is becoming more frequent. I had the battery and alternator checked again by another shop and both tested ok. I had the codes read with a handheld scanner and nothing was found.

I am checking for loose wires, grounding issues and I am on the original alternator belt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
