Idling issues with '97 4.0 v6

it is idling bad and stalling out ... here are the codes I got, and a link to a video showing the truck as it is doing what I described...

P1443 - EVAP fault
P0174 - fuel trim bank two
P0171 - fuel trim bank one


help please.
