alright i am tired of wasting money at the smog shop. just bought a 1994 ranger with the 4.0, i live in CA and i have a question about some work that might have been done to it by the previous owner. it seemed like he was trying to make it into a mudding truck and failed miserably. in the process he removed all the egr components and now it wont pass due to high nox. i was wondering if anybody could post some pictures or explain in detail where these certain pieces are.
-where the egr tube bolts up to the exhaust manifold
-which vacuum lines go where
-the wires that go from the harness to the sensor
-anything else that you might think would be helpful
also i am not sure if he installed the deletion kit or not, if he did, which parts do i need to replace aside from the egr valve itself and the sensor?
