New guy from Iowa

My truck has been in my family since it was new. My grandpa bought it new in '96. When he passed away in '03 my mom got it, and I put a new roof on the house for it this last summer. Its taught four kids to drive stick, hit dozens of deer, drove though ditches, been in a couple minor wrecks, carried loads way to heavy for it, gone 14,000 miles on a single conventional oil change, been run 4 quarts low on oil, been on a couple mild trails in the Rockies, and just generally been to hell and back. Mostly stock 4x2 rig with 345,000 miles on the engine. Never let us down, kept going even with a blown transmission (I'm on number four now). It will still do 95 on the interstate without trying too hard and the AC still works great. And now she's mine. Been giving her lots of TLC as I go, fixing or upgrading everything that pops up.

I graduated WyoTech back in '09. Kinda decided that trucks made a better hobby then career. So I grind meat for a living.
